It's simple: either you are 100% satisfied with your photos or you don't pay for them. If you are not 100% satisfied with the photos from your session, we will either reschedule your photo shoot for free, or we'll return your photo sessions fees*.

It's important to us that all of our clients and customers are happy with their photo sessions and the resulting photos. We want you to be so happy with our services that you would recommend us enthusiastically to others. And we know that it's not just money, but a considerable investment of your time when you come to us, or ask us to come to you. And sometimes people just have a bad day, or things just don't go right. Whatever the reason, if for any reason at all you're not completely satisfied with your images, we will be happy to reschedule your photo shoot free of charge. If you just don't think we've got what it takes to satisfy your needs, we understand that too. While we'd love to have the opportunity to satisfy your needs, we can also refund your photo sessions fees*.
